Skill Verification (Certification)
One of our goals is to support our members in receiving a fair assessment of their skills by employers. There are situations where employers lack the necessary expertise to evaluate candidates, leaving them without a solid basis for hiring decisions or internal promotions. In such cases, any external assessment can serve as a helpful reference in the decision-making process.
What can we offer?
An evaluation of your skills by a panel of at least three experts, each specializing in one of the skills listed in the Association’s TechRadar and experienced in reviewing and selecting candidates for companies with outstanding reputations.
The assessment is conducted in the format of an interview using a video conferencing platform (video is not mandatory), with an average duration of about one hour. The interview consists of two parts: a technical section and a brief background check assessing your experience with the chosen skill.
During each part, you will be asked questions of varying complexity within the target skill area.
As a result of the interview, you will receive an online diploma containing: — a detailed 10-point evaluation of your knowledge of the target skill, — a short summary of your proficiency, — and the names of the experts who conducted the assessment.
* A skill outside the TechRadar may be requested for evaluation, but only if a qualified panel of willing experts can be assembled.
** The evaluation is available to Association members only.
*** A re-evaluation may be requested no sooner than six months after the previous assessment.
