I am just starting out as a project manager, and before the association I had no one to ask the honest questions: where to grow next, which employers will not burn you out in six months, what to look for in an offer. Here I actually have peers with real experience who answer straight, without slogans and without trying to sell me anything.
Before joining, I worked in isolation inside my company. Now I have a circle of peers from different industries to discuss architectural decisions with — no marketing noise involved.
Skill Check gave me an honest view of the gaps in my own expertise. A self-assessment tool that is not trying to sell you anything is a rarity these days.

The SmartSNG.Dev Association has set the dates for the first SmartSNG.Dev Award season: submissions run July 10 – October 5, 2026, and the ceremony is on October 10, 2026.
