    Hi! I'm Aleksandr Prisyazhnyi, a software engineer professionally developing in JavaScript since 2017. I also work with TypeScript, React, Vue, and Node. Currently, I'm part of Grid Dynamics, focusing on R&D for major international IT and retail clients.

    I have experience interviewing and evaluating candidates, conducting technical assessments of projects, and optimizing performance. I'm also passionate about mentoring junior developers, helping them navigate their path and grow in this fast-moving industry.
