Anar Israfilov is a cybersecurity and artificial intelligence professional, Founder and CISO of Cyberoon Enterprise Corporation, and an IEEE Senior Member. His work focuses on AI-driven cybersecurity, threat detection, cyber risk analysis, endpoint protection, and the development of intelligent defense systems for enterprise and healthcare environments.
He is the technical founder behind Cyberoon’s cybersecurity product ecosystem, including IntelliRisk, IntelliDefend, SecureMind, and IIS AI. These solutions are designed to support proactive threat detection, coordinated response, and preventive security architecture using artificial intelligence and behavioral analysis.
Anar has authored and co-authored numerous scientific and professional publications in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data protection, blockchain security, SCADA security, and healthcare cybersecurity. He has also contributed to the professional technology community through judging and review activities, including the IEEE Senior Member Application Review Panel, Globee Awards for Cybersecurity, Tech Innovation CUBEd Awards, and Cybersecurity Excellence Awards, Code Olympics By Hackaton Raptors.
