Yana Petrova

    My name is Yana Petrova. I consider myself an IT product specialist and business developer, with many years of experience working at the intersection of technology and digital solution development in the hospitality industry.

    From 2012 to 2024, I worked at Bnovo — a leading Russian developer of SaaS products for hotel business automation. Over more than 10 years, I advanced from a support manager to the head of business development and customer experience. I was responsible for launching API integrations, led internal development projects, and oversaw the expansion of the partner network and the company’s strategic growth.

    I now live in California (USA), where I continue my career in project and digital solution management. Currently, I work at 1TCC, focusing on the intersection of supply chain and fintech.

    Despite the change in location, it is very important for me to remain part of the Russian-speaking IT community. I share the Association's values — professional development, mutual support, and respect for knowledge. I’m happy to take part in initiatives aimed at industry growth and expert practices, and I’m always open to sharing my experience and learning from my peers.
