We guarantee that personal data submitted through the “How to Become a Member” form – such as your name, surname, photograph, and details about your workplace or activities – may be published publicly on our website in sections dedicated to members of the Association. However, any other information obtained through different forms on our site will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent unless required by law. We assure that all personal data you transmit to us will be processed strictly in accordance with current legislation.

CHANGES AND UPDATES

The company reserves the right to make necessary changes to this website at any time, including modifying or removing content and restricting access as deemed appropriate. We also reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time in order to improve our systems for protecting your personal data from unauthorized access.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM

  • lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Roskomnadzor in Russia, or the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction) or seek judicial remedy.

How to submit a request

Requests to exercise the rights listed above can be submitted to the company in any of the following ways:

  1. By email to contact@smartsng.dev with the subject line “Data Subject Request”.
  2. Through the contact form on the “Contact us” page.

The request must include:

  • the full name of the data subject (or their representative);
  • information sufficient to identify the data subject (for example, the email address used at registration or a link to the member profile on this site);
  • the substance of the request and the preferred method of response;
  • the signature of the data subject or their representative (for written requests); for requests submitted by email — confirmation from the address previously provided to the company.

If the request is submitted through a representative, a document confirming the representative’s authority must be attached.

Response time

The company will review the request and provide a reasoned response within 30 (thirty) calendar days of its receipt. In exceptional cases requiring additional verification, the period may be extended by up to 30 additional calendar days, with prior notice to the data subject explaining the reasons for the extension.

The company may refuse to satisfy a request where permitted by law; in such cases, the data subject will receive a reasoned refusal with reference to the applicable legal basis.

Exercising data subject rights is free of charge. A fee, not exceeding the actual cost of processing, may be charged only for repeated or manifestly unfounded requests.
